Soya chaap tikka marinated and cooked in clay oven , then stirred on pan with gravy and masala, served with sirka onion and chutney

SERVES 2+| Kidney Beans and Black Lentils soaked overnight, boiled and then tempered and simmered with Desi Ghee, fresh Cream and various spices for hours on the Angeethi /clay oven.

SERVES 2+| Yellow lentil (daal) prepared with aromatics, seasoned with Red Chilly, garlic, and flavored with Desi Ghee Tadka.
